Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Please note that during product launches or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order.
Drink Mixes
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Apparel
- Apparel is made to order by our apparel production partner.
- Production begins after your order is placed, and shipping timelines may differ from our drink mixes.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your apparel ships.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website and applied at checkout.
Apparel Orders
Chela Stix apparel is made to order and fulfilled separately from our drink mixes.
If your order contains both apparel and drink mixes:
- Items may ship separately.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Shipping charges for apparel are calculated separately at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying Chela Stix drink mix orders unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Chela Stix is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chelastix@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
