Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Please note that during product launches or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Pre-Orders
Some or all items may be sold as pre-orders. If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will ship according to the timeline provided on the product page and at checkout.
For current pre-orders:

Orders are expected to ship mid-May after final health approval

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website and applied at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chela Stix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at chelastix@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Chela Stix is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chelastix@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
