Thank you for your purchase from Chela Stix.

Because we sell both consumable drink mixes and made-to-order apparel, our return policy differs depending on the product purchased.

Perishable Goods

Chela Stix products are considered consumable food items. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chelastix@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Apparel

Every apparel item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Preference changes

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your apparel arrives damaged or incorrect

If your apparel arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • or you receive the wrong item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a description of the issue

If approved, we'll work with our production partner to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or shipment begins. Once a drink mix order has been packed or an apparel item has entered production, the order can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact chelastix@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect order, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
