Thank you for your purchase from Chela Stix.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Perishable Goods
Chela Stix products are considered consumable food items. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chelastix@gmail.com.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Pre-Orders
All current orders may be fulfilled as pre-orders. Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline provided at checkout and on the product page.
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact chelastix@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect order, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
